I Squared Capital-backed CubeCold, a cold storage and logistics company, completed the acquisition of SG, a cold storage operator from Del Giorgi Holding, a privately held investment and holding entity. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SG is a strategic addition to CubeCold Italy.
