MARI completed the acquisition of Todaytix Group from Great Hill Partners.

MARI, a global events and experiences company, completed the acquisition of Todaytix Group, a ticketing platform for cultural events across the globe, from Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is the next step in building MARI as a global leader in live experiences.
