Transaction Network Services completed the acquisition of the Radianz business from BT Group.

Transaction Network Services, a provider of infrastructure-as-a-service solutions to the financial, communications and payments markets, completed the acquisition of the Radianz business from BT Group, a provider of fixed and mobile telecommunications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today marks an important milestone for TNS and our clients as we combine the strengths of two established leaders in financial connectivity. We look forward to delivering expanded access to markets, counterparties and applications, while maintaining the network and platform diversity that institutions rely on for resilience and choice,” Tom Lazenga, TNS General Manager.
