Core & Main completed the acquisition of Canada Waterworks.

Core & Main, a US-based specialty distributor of infrastructure-related products, completed the acquisition of Canada Waterworks, a distributor serving southern Ontario municipalities and contractors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Canada Waterworks represents the next step in building the Core & Main platform in Canada, as we continue to expand our reach and pursue the excellent growth opportunities in Ontario and beyond,” Brad Cowles, Core & Main President.
