Saller Group, a German real estate holding and development company, completed the acquisition of Galeria Nad Jeziorem, a regional shopping centre located in Konin, from Stage Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We acquired Galeria Nad Jeziorem with a clear plan to improve the tenant mix. This included renewing Carrefour in a revised format, bringing in brands such as Sinsay and preparing an extension project. Having executed these changes, we are confident we are passing on a well-performing asset,” James Huckle, Stage Capital Partner.
