Jungbunzlauer to acquire the multipurpose production site in Thomson from International Flavors & Fragrances.

Jungbunzlauer, a producer of sustainable ingredients from natural sources, agreed to acquire the multipurpose production site in Thomson from International Flavors & Fragrances, an American corporation that creates products across taste, texture and scent. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is an important step in delivering on our strategic capacity expansion in North America. Establishing a US manufacturing footprint allows us to work closer to many of our U.S. customers, better understand their challenges and deliver solutions that truly make a difference," Bruno Tremblay, Jungbunzlauer Chief Executive Officer.
