DBAG to acquire MAIT from 3i Group for £143m.

DBAG, a private equity company, agreed to acquire MAIT, which operates as a provider of managed IT, security, cloud, and digital solutions, from 3i Group, an international investment manager, for £143m. “Our partnership with 3i has been transformational. Together we have expanded our international presence, deepened our offering with our vendor partners and established MAIT as the leading digitalisation partner for SMEs.
