PalAmerican Security completed the acquisition of Patrol Protect Secure and Mangrove Equity Partners from Sunlake Capital and Mangrove Equity Partners.

PalAmerican Security, a full-service private security company, completed the acquisition of Patrol Protect Secure, a provider of contract security services in the United States, from Sunlake Capital, an investment firm, and Mangrove Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition, PalAmerican strengthens its presence in the Midwest, as well as adding to existing operations in key states and is now home to these unique brands: Seattle’s Finest – Security and Traffic Control, SSA – Armed Patrol and Response, ISA – Internal Security Associates, JBM Patrol and Protection, Genric Global Security Services and American Heritage Protective Services.
