Transom Capital-backed Ampure completed the acquisition of Power Designers Sibex.

Transom Capital-backed Ampure, a producer of vehicle charging technology, completed the acquisition of Power Designers Sibex, a manufacturer and developer of industrial battery charging solutions used in electric material handling equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction marks a major milestone in Transom’s ongoing commitment to the revitalization and growth of Ampure’s market-defining industrial charging brand, known as PosiCharge.
