State Street completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Apex Fintech.

State Street, a financial service and bank holding company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Apex Fintech, a technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together, State Street and Apex will build upon State Street’s existing services to the wealth management industry to deliver the first truly global, digital wealth custody solution.
