Advent completed the acquisition of Automic from Five V.

Advent, a global private equity investor, completed the acquisition of Automic Group, a technology company from Five V, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see strong alignment between Automic Group and Adventʼs investment philosophy. We have identified a high-quality business in one of Adventʼs key sectors: business and financial services.
