Cogenuity completed the acquisition of Interconnect Solutions Company from Tide Rock.

Cogenuity, a lower middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Interconnect Solutions Company, a provider of custom and complex interconnect solutions, from Tide Rock, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This marks the fourth platform acquisition in Cogenuity’s inaugural fund which was closed in 2024.
