Eneva completed the acquisition Jandaia Geracao de Energia from Ceiba Energy and Denham Capital.

Eneva, a Brazilian integrated energy company, completed the acquisition of Jandaia Geracao de Energia, a large gas-to-power project in Ceará, from Ceiba Energy, a Latin America-focused power developer, and Denham Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to announce the sale of Jandaia, which is a project eligible for qualification in future capacity auctions in Brazil," Emilio Vicens, Ceiba Energy CEO.
