KKR-backed Groundworks, a privately owned foundation and water management services company, completed the acquisition of Leveled Concrete, a concrete repair company specializing in affordable poly concrete repair solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The team at Leveled Concrete brings unique expertise in affordable poly concrete repair.
