Kerakoll completed the acquisition of PAC Technologies from International Development Company and Michel Edmond Nachef.

Kerakoll, a company active in the construction sector, completed the acquisition of PAC Technologies, a company specialised in the development, production and sale of construction chemicals, from International Development Company, a UAE service and supply company for project construction & petrochemical sectors, and Michel Edmond Nachef, founder of PAC Technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of PAC marks a further step forward in Kerakoll internationalisation trajectory.
