Norvestor-backed Position Green completed the acquisition of Greenomy from Euroclear.

Norvestor-backed Position Green, a Nordic company offering software and consulting services, completed the acquisition of Greenomy, a company that provides software for sustainability reporting, from Euroclear, a provider of financial market infrastructure services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
