Solaris Assets completed the acquisition of Sunnova Energy.

Solaris Assets, a special-purpose acquisition entity formed by Sunnova’s debtor-in-possession lenders together with affiliates of GoodFinch Management, completed the acquisition of Sunnova Energy, an adaptive energy services company for $25 m. “This transaction marks a significant step forward that preserves the platform, people, and customer relationships that have been the heart of Sunnova,” Paul Mathews, Sunnova Chief Executive Officer.
