Tradebe, a Spanish multinational conglomerate specializing in environmental services, completed the acquisition of a petroleum and chemical product terminal of Vopak Terquimsa, a Spanish industrial logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The sale of the Barcelona terminal marks another step in our strategy of rationalization and growth.
