Ardian-backed Assist Digital, a Europe-based consulting and technology services firm specializing in customer experience, data, and artificial intelligence, completed the acquisition of DSaF, a German company focused on community management and digital customer operations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is fully aligned with our strategy and represents another step forward in becoming the European reference player in the AI-first transformation of Customer Experience.
