AMERICAN SYSTEMS completed the acquisition of Epsilon.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS, a provider of mission essential and information engineering services to federal customers, completed the acquisition of Epsilon, a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
