KKR Capital-backed CIRCOR International completed the acquisition of the herringbone gear pump product line of Flowserve Corporation.

KKR Capital-backed CIRCOR International, an industrial manufacturing company engaged in designing, engineering, and supplying flow control products and systems for critical applications across energy, aerospace, and industrial markets, completed the acquisition of the herringbone gear pump product line of Flowserve Corporation, a supplier of industrial and environmental machinery such as pumps, seals and valves as well as flow management services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to bring this proven product line into the CIRCOR family.
