SOCOTEC, a France-based global company engaged in providing testing, inspection, certification, and quality assurance services, completed the acquisition of Greenwich, an Italy-based company engaged in providing environmental testing, infrastructure inspection, and certification services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The strategic acquisition of Greenwich bolsters SOCOTEC Italia's position in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) market by adding sustainability and ESG consulting capabilities in its service portfolio.
