SOCOTEC completed the acquisition of Prisma.

SOCOTEC, a France-based global company providing testing, inspection, certification, and quality assurance services, completed the acquisition of Prisma, an Italian company that offers digital marketing and software development services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic step forward enables us to expand our service portfolio while strengthening our established position in Italy.
