Sila Realty Trust, a net lease real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of two inpatient rehabilitation facilities for $70m. The properties are comprised of over 100k aggregate square feet of newly built and highly utilized inpatient rehabilitation facilities located within two of the top ten largest and fastest growing metropolitan statistical areas in the United States.
