Globeducate completed the acquisition of The Clover School.

Globeducate, a K12 education provider, completed the acquisition of The Clover School, a CCMA-accredited Montessori school. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome The Clover School to Globeducate, further strengthening our presence in Ontario, Canada, and becoming our first Montessori school in the group.
