Audax Private Equity-backed Lanter Delivery Systems completed the acquisition of 1st Choice Delivery from Northern Pacific Group.

Audax Private Equity-backed Lanter Delivery Systems, a logistics company, completed the acquisition of 1st Choice Delivery, a healthcare focused, last mile logistics platform, from Northern Pacific Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased with the outcome of this transaction, which created an excellent return for our investors.
