Saw Mill Capital-backed RAFTR Roofing + Exteriors (RAFTRx), a multi-regional provider of residential and commercial roofing and exterior solutions with a focus on insurance-claim services, completed the acquisition of Apex General Contracting, a South Beloit, Illinois-based commercial and insurance restoration roofing provider.
