Ambienta Capital-backed Frigoveneta, a company engaged in the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems, completed the acquisition of Bonera Refrigerazioni, a company engaged in the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems for supermarkets, food retailers, and industrial clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bonera enables us to further expand our reach within the industrial refrigeration space, addressing the adjacent markets of food and beverage and integrating complementary skills within those segments.
