Arsenal Capital Partners-backed Polycorp completed the acquisition of Burke Industries from Mannington Mills.

Arsenal Capital Partners-backed Polycorp, a manufacturer of engineered elastomer solutions, completed the acquisition of Burke Industries, a premier supplier of custom elastomeric products, from Mannington Mills, an international flooring manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting milestone for Polycorp.
