Rhone Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Copperweld, a company that specializes in bimetallic conductors for various industries, from Kinderhook Industries, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Kinderhook’s support for our ambitious growth strategy allowed Copperweld to strengthen our leadership position as the only U.S. manufacturer of CCS and CCA wire. Together, we disrupted the residential building wire market by providing homebuilders with a lighter, more durable, and cost-efficient alternative to traditional copper wire.
