Bregal Unternehmerkapital-backed GSG Genii Software Group, a company that provides market, industry-specific software solutions and services, completed the acquisition of Inlog, a company that develops and markets a wide range of software solutions, from Abenex, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Inlog represents an important milestone in the expansion of GENII’s laboratory business. Inlog’s strong position in France, combined with its established international footprint and modern technology, provides a solid foundation for further growth in this key area of healthcare technology.
