HOC completed the acquisition of MidDel Consulting.

HOC, a provider of enterprise software and consulting solutions focused on energy trading, risk management, and financial reporting, completed the acquisition of MidDel Consulting, a Minneapolis-based consulting firm specializing in energy and technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "MidDel is a highly respected consulting firm with deep expertise in energy trading and technology.
