Windjammer Capital completed the acquisition of PDU Cables and Engineered Products Company

Windjammer Capital, a national private equity investment firm, based in Newport Beach, CA and Waltham, completed the acquisition of PDU Cables, a supplier of branch circuit power distribution cable assemblies throughout North America, and Engineered Products Company, a premier brand supplier of specialty products to Electrical Distributors and Contractors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PDU Cables embodies the classic investment criteria we look for at Windjammer: market leadership, mission critical products, and a low cost-to-value relationship for the products and services they offer to their customers.
