Amerit Fleet Solutions completed the acquisition of Derotic Emergency Equipment.

Amerit Fleet Solutions, a provider of fleet maintenance and management solutions nationwide, completed the acquisition of Derotic Emergency Equipment, a fire, police, emergency, utility, and other government vehicle upfitter headquartered in California, with national reach. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic acquisition will be integrated with Vector Fleet Management, an Amerit Fleet Solutions company, strengthening Vector’s position as a comprehensive fleet solutions provider with specialized expertise in the government, emergency, and specialty vehicle sector. Bringing together Vector’s national service footprint with Derotic’s deep upfitting expertise will deliver expanded capabilities and enhanced value to municipalities and public safety organizations across the country.
