Everon to acquire a multifamily business from ADT.

Everon, a security integrator, agreed to acquire a multifamily business from ADT, a security company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This agreement marks a natural progression in the growth of our business and expands our reach in a valuable market with a traditionally low attrition rate.
