RFA Capital to merge with Artis Real Estate Investment Trust in a CAD1.1bn deal.

RFA Capital, a Canadian financial services organization, agreed to merge with Artis Real Estate Investment Trust, a real estate investment trust, in a CAD1.1bn deal. "By combining Artis with RFA, we are creating a scalable and growing financial services platform that benefits from diversification and built-in access to substantial growth capital," Samir Manji, Artis President, CEO, and Trustee.
