KKR completed the acquisition of Hoken Minaoshi Hompo Group from Advantage Partners.

KKR, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Hoken Minaoshi Hompo Group, a company focused on insurance distribution and customer-facing insurance advisory services, from Advantage Partners, a private equity firm.
