Check Point to acquire Lakera.

Check Point, a provider of cybersecurity solutions for governments and corporate enterprises, agreed to acquire Lakera, a provider of AI-native cybersecurity solutions for enterprises building and deploying generative AI applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “AI is transforming every business process, but it also introduces new attack surfaces. We chose Lakera because it brings AI-native security, superior precision, and speed at scale.
