Synopsis

Campers Inn, a RV dealership group, providing sales, service, and support for recreational vehicles through a nationwide network of dealerships, agreed to acquire Lazydays, a company specializing in the sales and service of recreational vehicles, RV rentals, parts and accessories, $30m. "The potential acquisition of Lazydays is more than a business decision; it's a reflection of our shared values and a continuation of the traditions that have guided Campers Inn RV since our founding nearly 60 years ago.
