Campers Inn to acquire Lazydays for $30m.

Campers Inn, a RV dealership group, providing sales, service, and support for recreational vehicles through a nationwide network of dealerships, agreed to acquire Lazydays, a company specializing in the sales and service of recreational vehicles, RV rentals, parts and accessories, $30m.
