CPS Energy, a natural gas and electric company, completed the acquisition of four natural gas power generation facilities from PROENERGY, an engineering, R&D, and manufacturing powerhouse, for $1.4bn. “The closing of this strategic acquisition marks yet another major step in strengthening the reliability and affordability of our generation portfolio.
