ParkerGale, a small private equity firm that buys profitable technology companies, completed an investment in RedZone Technologies, an IT services provider specializing in cybersecurity and IT solutions for small to mid-sized enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We will gain an improved ability to scale, support, and bring additional solutions to our customers, while remaining customer first and security focused," James Crifasi, RedZone COO and CTO.
