Asterion Industrial Partners, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in Dunkerque, an operator of a major liquefied natural gas regasification terminal, and FluxDune, a Belgian company that was founded by the Fluxys group to develop an LNG terminal. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Fluxys and other shareholders on this critical infrastructure asset.
