Aéma Groupe Capital-backed Ofi Invest to acquire a 40% stake in SWEN Capital Partners from Credit Mutuel Arkea.

Aéma Groupe Capital-backed Ofi Invest, an asset management group, agreed to acquire a 40% stake in SWEN Capital Partners, an investment management firm driven by an objective of creating sustainable value, from Credit Mutuel Arkea, a banking services provider. “Strengthening our stake in SWEN CP is driven by continuity and commitment.
