UI Investissement, a private equity firm focusing on management buy-outs, acquisitions, mergers ,recapitalizations and restructuring, completed the merger with FnB Private Equity, a private equity firm invests in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of the food and beverage industry sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
