Onex Partners to acquire Integrated Specialty Coverages from KKR.

Onex Partners, an investment management firm, agreed to acquire Integrated Specialty Coverages, a tech-enabled insurance platform dedicated to designing, underwriting, and distributing insurance solutions, from KKR, a global investment firm.
