Ufenau Capital Partners completed the acquisition of KWKR.

Ufenau Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of KWKR, a Polish law firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The partnership with Ufenau Capital Partners opens new opportunities for KWKR in terms of operational and acquisition development, and thus expansion in Poland and, at a later stage, also abroad. It is an opportunity to increase the scale of operations, build new practices, and expand the team’s competencies.
