JSW Steel to acquire an additional 16.66% stake in M Res NSW from M Resources for $60m.

JSW Steel, an Indian multinational steel producer, agreed to acquire an additional 16.66% stake in M Res NSW, an Australian mining company, from M Resources, a mining company, for $60m. “We are pleased to announce this further commitment from JSW Steel, one of the world’s largest steel mills, to the Illawarra and to Australia’s high-quality metallurgical coal,” Matt Latimore, M Resources Founder and President.
