Equus Capital Partners, a private real estate investment fund manager, completed the acquisition of six-building industrial portfolio from Mapletree Investments, a global real estate development, investment, capital and property management company, for $102.6m. “This acquisition aligns with our strategy to invest in well-located, income-producing light industrial assets with potential for future value creation,” Tim Feron, Equus Capital Partners Senior Vice President of Acquisitions.
