Soderberg & Partners-backed Grupo Galilea, an insurance brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Norte Broker, an insurance brokerage firm that specializes in risk consulting and providing insurance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Grupo Galilea, backed by Söderberg & Partners, marks a milestone in our evolution as a company.
