ActiveCap completed an investment in OZO Living.

ActiveCapActiveCap, a Portuguese private equity firm, completed an investment in OZO Living, a Portuguese furniture group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ActiveCap will contribute to strengthening Ozo Living through the implementation of an extensive growth project aimed primarily at pursuing investment and market opportunities identified by both parties.” Manuel Martins, also founder and CEO of the Ozo Living Group, further believes that “ActiveCap, with its vast experience in industrial investments, identified our company as a strategic investment for its portfolio because we share similar cultures and strategies, where the pursuit of innovation and excellence is constant.” Sérgio Marques, OZO Living CEO.
